If I remember Penumbra right, all the "monsters" wanted was peace. I wouldn't strictly say that just because they are "monsters", justify your actions.

We shouldn't have dug there we shouldn't have tried to dig up what had to remain hidden.
The Turngait and their higher power indeed wanted rest but if Clarence was really a good guy he would've solved it so much for the monster not being "MONSTERS'.

I had yet another dream about playing aamfp last night...

Dropped my sleep quality from an average 70% to under 50% (according to my phone).

There was a large, hulking pig monster, and some sort of really agile crab-like monster too.

Weird thing was, one moment I was playing the game, another I was inside it.
