Had ~10 of each: Invulnerability potion + teleport scroll.
Fire sword.

Use Ipot when you get to the dragon, teleport scroll when you run out, may have to use twice before potions recharge. Repeat until dragon is dead.

Yes. Runescape can run in the background while you are collecting resources from nodes. You just have to check in every once in a while. Otherwise it can go automatically.

Those resources can help raise your skills so you can qualify for quests.

RS can be a afk in someways but in no way near as afk as this game. RS has a 5 minute afk limit where it will put you in the lobby after inactivity.
