My full conversion crashes in game when clicking tab for inventory

My conversion crashes as soon as I click Tab for my inventory when the game loads. I have tried running in admin but it wont let me, also I have retail version, any help?

Have you tried altering anything inventory related? Such as inventory UI pictures, settings, etc.

Well,compare them to the original game's settings, and "enable/disable" certain changes by reverting them back, and forth between the original settings, and yours. While doing this make sure to check your game each time you do.

This will help you pinpoint which particular setting you tinkered with is causing the crash.
