Problem with MAYA 2013

Alright so whenever I run Autodesk maya 2013 I get a Fatal error (see picture)

i looked around a bit and some people thought it may be due to not compatible nvidia drivers, I'm running the latest drivers so I don't now if maya isn't compatible with these or if something else is the problem...
