It means that you can activate your key in Steam and even pre-load it if you wish.

On the first teaser of AMFP, there were insanity effects in the darkness. I wonder at which point they decided to remove them... (respond in a spoiler tag if I'm wrong).

Steam updated there release time for amnesia for America for 3 AM PST, is that true or is it not. Im hoping it is but i want a more official answer.

Yes i read that but, there have been times where steam was about 6 hours off.

Well my steam has never been off date, so I guess this IS the official release time, plus we both have the timer set on the same time (13 hours untill release)
