Bought Amnesia a long time ago but dont have the key anymore

Hello guys,

i hope someone / frictional can help me out.

I bought Amnesia: TDD a long time ago but I dont have the e-mail anymore with the product-key and download link and I was wondering if there is a way to restore it. I bought the game with the same e-mail that I used to register myself here in the forums.


I hope there is a solution.

Edit: to make things clearer, I wanted to add that I bought the game directly from the frictional games store.

Okay resolved the problem by myself.

I just clicked on "shelf" in the forum's header and that led me to a support page of the digital reseller that frictional works with. On this page I could restore my order number and got new access to the "shelf" so I can play the game again.

Although the problem for me is resolved it would be nice if you could make a sticky about this problem. Would have made my search for a "lost your key?"-link much easier
