I bought and downloaded the gamy via steam, but is simply won`t start, meaning do nothing. When I want to start it, there opens the steam starting window for about half a second, closes again, that`s it.
1. Win 7 64
2. Using a Desktop
3. Can`t add the HPL as I don`t have it, neither in "documents" nor anywhere in the game folder.

I did, simply said "completed" after a few mins, gregretfully it still does not work. Apart from that I just don`t get how the HPL simply can`t exist in my case...
Found a solution, here it is for everybody else possibly having this problem: When u start Amnesia by Steam, or using the exe created out of steam there happens simply nothing. Go to the main folder in your steam directory, try to launch it from there. In my case, there were 2 dll files missing, I simply google and downloaded them, putting them in the named directory. Worked.
