So I bought the game and it works fine throughout what I guess is the prologue, but when the first loading screen comes up 10 mins in the game it takes me to the desktop, a message tells me the game has crashed, and an update bar stands still on 2%. I'm then only able to quit the game via task manager.

I've updated my graphics driver, and I've tried different resolutions, but nothing seems to work. I've also tried picking up different combinations of notes each time, but I don't think that has anything to do with it. My game does get autosaved, but I have to start from the beginning each time regardless, so this trial and error process is very tedious.

My computer specs are:
Windows 8 Pro 64-bit OS
Intel® HD 4000 Graphics Card

I hope this (common?) problem gets resolved soon.
Thanks

It is not supported to run the game on Intel HD I'm afraid. Possibly updating the drivers and running the game on lower settings might help.

Turning the graphics down did it. Thanks Smile
