Requiem: Help I'm stuck not sure which level

I am right here and probably I have did everything because the portal is open. What should I do next to pass through it?
I've spent like 40 minutes :/

You must go back to the pistons room and at the last piston (the piston near the room with the first handle) is a small vent on the left of the piston room, there is a laser beam that deactivates the lasers above.

I don't see any laser beam there or any switch to deactivate lasers.

There is a thing to rotate but the laser doesn't turn off.
Is there any other hidden switch in this vent room or is this a bug?

I have exactly the same problem as you Keth...
Se my detailed request posted right above yours..
Might be a bug, or we havent solved "path of sloped cylinders" correctly yet? This is the only thing I can see as hindering us from beeing able to turn off the red laser-beams.

Just found out how to do it...
Like I suspected in my other posts, it all had to do with not finishing the "path of sloped cylinders"...I Decided to search youtube (of all places!!??) and actually got a hold of this one:

He too had the same problem, but later realised how to do it, which he stated in his coments to the video, as you can see.

Short story: THE LEVERS IN THE "PATH OF SLOPED CYLINDERS"
ALSO GO UPWARDS!!!
So yank the bloody levers up and down until the ball is in "the goal"
and then the laser beams are magically gone and you are all free to jump into the portal :-D
(I.e. No need to enter the vent again as stated by "shakes" above..
Wonder why people bother to post false solutions on this board!!??))
