RE: Your Favorite Games of All Time - (AKA the Throughly Fanboying Thread)
1. THIEF series. Whole trilogy. That's the most intriguing, impressive and immersive game I have ever played. I would fall into a millions of words to describe why is the THIEF is my favourite of all times.
2. HALF-LIFE series. No commentary.
3. STALKER series. The game drew me into modding since 2009.
4. THE ELDER SCROLLS series. I love all of the chapters, since the Morrowind, I was satysfied with the Oblivion and of course with the Skyrim. So I am not the one who says that series is getting worse. Nope it's not in my opinion. It does not changes s drastically as I'd love to, it's a bit too the same old well know mechanics and roaming around, but...
5. AMNESIA series. It's not so much replayable as previous games. But nevertheless both games in series did affect me a lot which is obvious while I am here at the Frictional forum.
6. THE UNDYING. Storyline is written by Clive Barker and it's really good, especially by knowing that Barker is nos so good in my personal opinion.
7. THE CALL OF CTHULHU: DARK CONERS OF THE EARTH. Obviously is based on a mixture of Howard Lovecrafts stories and it was that moment when I learned of the existence of Lovecraft. I've played the game while I've read nothing by Lovecraft. Now I've read everything.
8. CALL OF DUTY. Only the 1st one game with an expansion "United Offensive". The beginning of that series was really something. The most horrible and incredibly immersive experience of being a soldier at war, world war II in particular. The most impressive moment is a fucking frightening battle of Kursk, incredibly frightening and horrible.

I had to ban Bioshock Infinite from my third place and replace it with "Shadow of the colossus". If the controls were not so damn vague it would be my place two.

Lists of favorite games hard one.... Psychonauts
Spoiler below!
This game is one of those games I played when I was like 6 and it just stuck as a nostalgic games
Shadow of Destiny (Shadow of Memories)
Spoiler below!
Just like Psychonauts It was just one of those game I played when I was younger and always stuck with me
AMFP+ATDD
Spoiler below!
This was based more on the story telling side and I LOVED IT, at first I was disappointed that there weren't that many scares and I thought to myself, "Seems to be relying more on the story" So I paid more attention to that and loved it.
The first one had an okay balance, I just don't know what to say because I only played through it once with the PDP thought process rather than my new thought process which is to enjoy the story.
Dear Esther
Spoiler below!
This was a wonderful storytelling game, it was fantastic!

Oh undying, Rank 2 in my list.
You know, Clive also did the voice of Ambrose.
RE: Your Favorite Games of All Time - (AKA the Throughly Fanboying Thread)
I'm going to exclude Overture, Black Plague, and The Dark Descent, because it would be too difficult to pick a favorite, or resist writing a full-sized novel about why I enjoy them.
Spoiler below!
I know you haven't played it, but it's $5 on eBay and plays on 360, so CHANGE THAT. The controls are wonky, but the story is great and you will want to start it again as soon as you finish it.
Spoiler below!
This game makes me so happy. Hopefully one day, Sega can capture lightning in a bottle again.
Spoiler below!
Megaman X.
No explanation needed.
Spoiler below!
Fatal Frame. All 3 of the "real" titles make me so scared, I just want to throw up. Storytelling and character development isn't quiet as good as Frictional games, but Fatal Frame has spent a little more time in my stomach.
Spoiler below!
Ocarina of Time.
Uhm. Yeah.
Spoiler below!
What can I say? A great sandbox with great combat, great exploration, and FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC music? Plus, 1.2 comes out Cotober 1st!
And, like 100 more... I should stop...

This. Rockstar can gargle my balls until we get a port.
Actually, then can still regardless, because we all know it's gonna have Social Club DRM on it once it hits PC.
