That's understandable. It has unfortunately taken way longer than anyone had expected it to.
I have built and tested a final release and sent it further down the pipeline so it's out of my hands now. I can't give any specific release date, but it's at least coming closer. Smile

Ok thanks for the response Smile

It's not even funny, but I just had to.

Um... I'm not sure where to ask, but how can I use MFP lantern in updated TDD with AMFP stuff? When I replace the old TDD lantern with the new one it looks pretty strange; it's like player holding it in not correct way xD Perhaps I have to overrite it with the new model editor?

The lantern.ho can do quite a lot of modifications to your lamp, like position rotation and size. I assume that those settings are different for the aamfp lantern so perhaps reference it and make it look properly in TDD like that?
EDIT: oh and did you remember to bring over the player hand models as well? those are seperate from the lanterns after all so if you have TDD hands and AAMFP lantern then there will of course be issues

I copied all the stuff from Machine for Pigs lantern.ho to TDD lantern.ho and it works now and looks brilliant! Tongue
thanks for help

RE: Update almost ready! Brave testers needed!

Does the lantern work 100% like it does in AMFP?
I mean, does the lightsource swing when the lantern in your hand swings?

Because i've also ported the stuff over to my A:TDD and it seems like the light does not want, or is not able to, attach to the actual lantern.
Instead my light seems to float in the air and just moves to where i move my cursor (without swing physics).

So uh, when is this update coming? I kinda replaced my original files without backup lol, so I need this. I know it's my own fault but still.

I feel you GrAVit. So I'm guessing porting AAMFP lantern (or just any custom lantern) in a Custom Story won't work.

Hopefully this will come BEFORE New Years.

Will this patch get integrated into the setup of the game when it is final?
Is it official Amnesia 1.3 update?
