How would you properly deal with rude/unreasonable people without like, stabbing them in the eyes?

Excessively rude/unreasonable?

Tell them one day they'll mouth off to the wrong person and get smashed/stop trying to reason and just agree. (I live with my mother who is quite literally the most unreasonable person I have ever met)

Do you unconditionally love your mother/father no matter what they do?
