Vertex shader problem

I recently downloaded and tried to play penumbra Overture. When i try to start the game it crashes and says my video card does not support vertex shader, but it does im not sure if i have the proper drivers though. I just have the minimum graphics cards, a GeForce 3 so i know my card supports it. If i dont have the drivers though i dont know anywhere to download them. I've tried Nvidias site and they dont have anything for the GeForce 3 anymore. Is there an alternative site someone could give me to download the drivers?
