Penumbra Black Plague speedrun (17:21) + speedrunning tutorial

Figured someone here might be interested in this. A while back I did a single segment speedrun (no saving/loading) of Penumbra Black Plague in 17:21 which is the fastest known time of the game. The low time is mostly possible thanks to glitches like clipping through walls and item flying.
