RE: Random Stuff
if you read mine kampf, you will find Hilter, or should i say, Adolf Schikelgruber, was actually Aetheist. caused by the shame of being an Illegitimate child no doubt. still, a madman is a madman, no matter what the reasons behind it.

RE: Random Stuff
@Danny
yeah i know, i met quite a number of christians that made me feel ashamed. The way they deal with people of different faith, the way they deal with homosexuals and so on. As a christian myself, i worry about what i do. Not what others do. I dont care if they guy next door is a homosexual, its his life he can do whatever he wants.
anyway, my point was that there's a lot more loud mouthed atheists these days, than loud mouthed religious people.

Actually he was a Christian.

btw: Sorry if the video sounds like propaganda. I don't like it either. (The voice that is)

You are just looking at the wrong places. Search Carl Sagan on youtube and you'll see what I mean. Christians fanatics assume he was some kind of prophet among atheists so thats where they clutter the most.

RE: Random Stuff
i don't really want to argue about this but it doesn't make sense that he was a christian.
Even if he did have christian parents, that doesn't really make him christian 4 life. He wanted to wipe out jews and yet Jesus and most other important figures from the bible were jewish.
And i also happen to know of an event that happened somewhere in ww2 in my country, where nazi's barricaded the church door from the outside, and set the whole building on fire while it was filled with christians that attended the church. That hardly makes nazis christian, does it ?
Hitler was a smart man, religion was just one of his many tools used to control people. But i seriously doubt that the man was personally religious.
Anyway, i'm taking a break now. I didn't plan for my little rant to start a huge debate

RE: Random Stuff
Many religions deserve to have as much criticism as they receive, considering how incredibly outdated and flawed so many of the ideas associated with them are. I have no problem with religious people, it's just when they start trying to impose their beliefs on others and determine how they live their lives that I have a problem. But like I said, I'm cool with moderate religious people that don't shove their beliefs down everyone else's throats though, in fact I'm good friends with quite a few of them.
With that said though, yes, people who automatically try to start a debate whenever someone even mentions religion or people that hate anyone who's religious are indeed some of the most fucking annoying people out there.

Thats because the guy who made the vid is a genius! He also made another explaining why every democratic country always ends up whit a two party system in a very accessible way.
