hate posting serious questions in random thread but i dont feel like wasting forum space for a new thread so......

I'm having this weird problem while watching youtube videos.The video keeps stopping like it needs to buff but it doesn't buff at all. My internet is not crappy at all and this thing started happening just recently. Also, there's plenty of disk space left on my computer if that matters.

So idk, is it just me ? if it is, anyone has any suggestions what to do ? It's 100% not internet because only YT does that
