Well, November is around the corner. We have a thing called "Movember" here (moh-vem-berr), where you grow a mustache to raise support for testicular cancer cure funding and mental health problems.

Why not add a mustache to your avatar to make up for it? :3

I did Movember last year. Well, I cheated anyway, coz I started with a beard+moustache... but it's the thought that counts, right?
