FC full conversion big problem [really help]

Ok guys i have problem and it's step by step getting me mad cuz i can't solve it...

Problem is background and flashlight if i don't solve it i quit all work or make just custom story not FC and one next please read

I KNOW THERE IS JUST 1 OR MORE PEOPLE WHO KNOW TO SOLVE THIS!
