Go to 'User CP' (Control Panel), it is located at the top of the screen in bold blue text.
From there you will find 'Change Signature'.

I think your caps is broken lol, You used caps on the title of this thread too, maybe a moderator can fix that!
But yeah you have to make at least 10 posts to have a signature I think.
