I think this are only the infected in level 18 (infected corridor).
Are you really sure that's "character_infected_18.ent"?

And what are "character_infected_07.ent" and "character_infected_02.ent"?

The file "character_infected.ent" is global for all other normal infected in all other levels?

I need the name of files for all special infected.

"07" is the infected that patrols the cells. "02" is the infected that walks by the freezer.
