[SCRIPT] "Stand up" Script help

How do you make a "Stand up" script? (You start the game lying down on a bed or the floor and you stand up and look around before being able to move)

Well you start out crouched with head rotated sideways. Then you stand up with the head rotating back vertically and look around.

Simple concept, but intermediate execution. There's a Wake Up script there's in the forum somewhere...
