Strange laggs B.P

When I play Penumbra Black Plague I get those strange laggs on everything, every item and every wall (everywhere). But in the lobby or in the menu i don't lagg at all. Here is a sample of whats going on, I've tried to change graphic settings.

Seems like an issue with the graphics driver, try updating them.

ive done that and the problem is still the same

Could be that your computer does not match the requierments.
