Oh, and I think I identified a small issue preventing it from starting if it hasn't been run before. Critical, but minor. I'll throw up a fix shortly.

Edit2: I feel like I've double posted a bit much so I'll just edit this.
I've released version 1.6.0 which is a big update. Basically it
no longer requires Java to be installed in order to run. It also comes packaged as a setup.exe styled installer, since it now has a few more files and can function from any specified working directory. It will also show up in Control Panel's installed programs list, and will supply an uninstaller. I used
http://actualinstaller.com for this job.
One issue I'm presented with, however, is Avast. It doesn't seem to like it. Avast is the only AV that does this, but this false positive could prevent people from downloading/wanting to download it. I've submitted it to them, so I'm hoping for the best.
