Hmm! Maybe the nightmare is recurring and she's been having it for a while. Since she started having it, she could've been scanned by the WAU. Or perhaps she has a change of heart and does something heroic, leading up to Simon-2 being born.
That begs the question though, why then did the security group (presumably strohmeier)dismiss the message as "propaganda" and as something that was constructed? Does the WAU have more malevolence than the game would let on?
Or I don't know, maybe the security group had no idea that it was somebody's nightmare and made an erroneous assumption about its nature.
EDIT:
Also, there I went, talking about misinformation while being uninformed myself. :b Seems Depth was indeed a feature movie that was planned to have parts of it used to promote Soma. Confirmed by Don Thacker in an interview he did.

Was this in the game? I don't remember.
Yes theres a blackbox, recording or note that says exactly that. Worded like that as well "she's too real" and "she doesn't sit in nicely with the others"

That was in the previous two videos, not in this one. In this video's flashback, you see a blond young girl. She's Lissa Golaski, daughter of Adam Golaski. In the first two videos, you saw a redheaded woman, that's Imogen Reed with long hair.
Honestly, I don't understand the confusion, they look quite different.
Interesting! So the videos are actually in reverse order, the first video being the last chronlogically and each video revealing earlier events in the timeline.

Imogen was removing a bandage from her arm in Transmission #2, which seems to indicate that it happened after Transmission #1 (where she got hurt by the robot, Halperin).
