I'm actually NOT in the hospital right now since it's just a sprain and there are other people with things worse. The pain originates in the ankle but it spread to the calves (since the calf is tense and I can't relax it willingly), doubling the pain. The calf is much more relaxed, but still a bit tense.
I'm actually trying to strengthen my foot with like lifting it. It hurts a lot but as you know, "no pain, no gain". If I want to pee or poop I have to jump with one leg whilst someone else holding me.
I'm literally confined to a mattress in the living room. I can't even sleep long; if I sleep at 10 AM I would wake up 15-30 minutes.
The computer which is like 7 steps is unreachable for me.
Each time I try to stand my left feet will be extremely painful.
So yeah, it's like torture. Hopefully I can walk in a few days as normal.
