Personally I won't care if it's legal or not. It is an individuals choice to decide whether to use pot for whatever use, no matter the consequences, and is a choice I cannot make for others.

I might advise for others to not use pot, but in the end, it is their choice, not mine. If someone asks me to try pot, I will politely decline. Only would I take pot if it is recommended by doctors for a medical condition I might obtain.

Pot should be legal in all aspects. Only one problem:

If you put it on your windowsill, wait for someone, aim, and it hits them - you're stuffed.
But if you miss them on purpose, you'll be fine; no dramas. Just a friendly scare and lolz.

Pots itself are completely safe. Most people use them to plant flowers, something very respectable and enjoyable.

HOWEVER: Pots can be used as a weapon, a pretty deadly one actually. So... I'd say that you needed a license to have a pot, to guarantee it's in the right hands.
