[Noob Question?] Diary closes on pickup

So this might sound like an easy question to solve but when clicking the diary note I made keeps closing up. I named the voices the same as the entries

and I also named the entry the same as I did in the Diarytext int he entity tab of the note.

Probably not found audio file.
You can check the hpl.log for errors.
