stuck...dog corpse

A dog chased me into a room and I killed it in front of the door...now the door can't open far enough for me to get through... Any suggestions?

Yah... really didn't want to have to do that had to kill like 3 dogs in a row and that was the last one. But that's what I ended up doing. Sad really frustrating.
