Demo Graphical Issues

I downloaded the demo and attempted to play it. The game starts, and I watch the cut scene at the start. It says its loading and then the screen just stays black. There's some noise sometimes though. Sounds like a motor of some sort. Here's the hpl you've asked from everyone else.

What graphics card do you have? Either it is a not supported graphics card or the drivers for it needs to be updated/fixed.

I have on-board graphics. An intel of some sort, not sure of the exact chipset although I assume its irrelevant. Basically I knew I met the graphical specs, and the site said non ati or nVidia cards may or may not work, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The drivers are most certainly up to date, so I can only assume that it is an incompatibility with the "card" itself.

Yes, the most common integrated Intel is the GMA950 and that won't work. The later X3100 and newer chipsets should work.

Well that's disappointing, I was looking forward to trying the game. Thanks for your help anyway.
