Overture: Lever in power room stuck

So I turned all the cranks on the generator and pulled the lever. Fuse blew, I replaced it. But now I can't pull the lever again. It's stuck in the down position. It wiggles a little, but it won't move. What do I need to do to reset it?

You need to turn the valves again in the correct order, since they get reset each time you FAIL.

Even with the valves reset, the lever doesn't budge. Sad
