How to use Dynamite

I'm playing Overture and just finished the excavator puzzle. I now have 5 sticks of dynamite and no clue how to use them.

So, how do you use dynamite?

Press left mouse button to throw them.

That's ironic, I hadn't been able to even equip (or atleast never noticed they were equipped) until just now.
