According to the owner of the Condemned franchise, there's a chance that an indie developer might take the reigns for the 3rd game in the series, if a suitable indie team is found:

Hopefully this means a PC version will happen too (the second game in the series was released only on consoles).

Apparently I'm not the only one that enjoyed the first Condemned but never got the chance to play the second, being exclusive to consoles.

Oh the memories I have with this game. I'd love to see how a third would turn out. Maybe the combat won't be as clunky =P
