[LVL ED] Fog of war?

Is it possible to add some sort of fog to decrease the visibility like in the old Silent Hill games?

You mean fog that covers the whole map? Well, there is an option for that in the Level Settings from one of the drop boxes up the top. It may look a little messy on maps which don't have a Skybox (if they're outside maps) but it should be okay otherwise!
