I just bought the game and I cant move
When I started up a new game my character just walked into a pillar and I cant move him the only thing I can do is jump and sometimes do a triple jump. Please help

What happens if you start a new game? Character started walking by himself with out any input from you?

Try unplugging any controllers you may have connected, and/or try shutting down some background processes you don't need. There might be an interference.
