- Simon uses "secret technology" which allows him to breathe underwater without any external apparatus. Whether or not this was a serious point by the previewer, or just his/her way of pointing out what seems to be a plothole, is hard to tell haha.
That is not a "plot" hole per se but rather hole in the setting :P

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread
So far we know that the PATHOS-II facility comprises at least four stations:
- Upsilon is a geothermal power plant (as seen in the game preview videos from April 2014 - screenshot);
- Theta seems to be a scientific research station / laboratory (in the Theta teaser, both characters mention a lab, and at 00:34 we can see the word "research" inscribed on the floor).
Does anyone have any idea about the possible purposes of Lambda and Omicron?
In the Lambda teaser and in this game preview video we can see signs on the station walls which seem to say:
Quote:Welcome to station LAMBDA
The gateway to [something]
I can't figure out what it is.

I believe there is a "the" after the "to". That is to say, not sure if there is a separate subject word or a longer word.

A few days ago, Paddy and I were browsing The Dark Swarm (only the visible directories, we didn't hack into the website XD), and I came across three pieces of concept art that we had never seen before, along with two other concept art images which had already been published in this Game Informer article. We assumed they weren't secret, so Paddy posted the links here and we added the images to the Info Portal.
Sorry, FG. Please don't sue us.
