RE: Frictional Games Super Secret Project Thread

This potato sack picture looks strikingly similar to the concept art that was leaked earlier this year. On the other hand it would be very odd if they'd use real concept art of their next "super-secret" game for the arg, with pictures of what are probably enemies. Maybe the images (both the potato sack pic and the leaked concepts) have nothing to do with the upcoming game at all and belong to an abandoned side-project or something similar.
Anyway, should it be real concept art, it looks very promising and suggests a more Penumbra-like setting in the future. Definitely looking forward to this.

I'm no marketing expert, but I don't see too much of a problem with releasing some real concept art, as long as there is no announcement, so as to not create expectation. It creates stir and discussion (like what is happening now), both of which are quite healthy for communities. ^^

RE: Frictional Games Super Secret Project Thread
So... anyone wondering what this "Super Secret Project" might be about?
Just your thoughts would be enough.

Just your thoughts would be enough. I had this random Idea that the "Super Secret Project" is actually a reboot of one of FG's dead projects, known as "Rebirth".

Well, my idea was that it would be in some kind of facility, where some kind of "contamination" occurred. And you were sent in normally with the task of finding out the cause of the facility's "radio silence".
It's those kinds of games that raise my interest level.

RE: Frictional Games Super Secret Project Thread
Likely, it is Depths, or whatever the title will turn out to be. Something to do with the depths of an ocean. With rusty stuff, like robots. And HPL3.

What if this "secret project" that FG hinted is actually a reboot of the dead project "Unbirth"? I don't know, but it sounds possible to me. Now don't get me wrong, It's just an idea I am sharing, not the truth. This would be so totally awesome if it were true. However, it is unlikely.
