The male actor in the live action teaser video is Josh Truax. He and Trin Miller (the actress) apparently work together quite a lot:

On both of their IMDB pages there's a 2014 production listed as "announced", named Depth. It's written, directed and produced by the same crew who created the first two SOMA teaser videos, so it's pretty safe to say that this will be our next teaser video.
