New Baldur's gate game !

It's continuation of BG and the bridge to BG2.
I never saw this coming and as RPG player I'm pleasantly surprised.
Are there any hardcore RPG lurkers on this forum and what do you think about it?

I'm a hardcore RPG player, but never played Baldur's Gate. I played Dark Alliance 2 with an old friend, but it was not for me. The new game you mentioned seems to be an Add-On for the classic BG or BG2, but I'm not sure about this.

I think so it's an expansion and explains additional background story of BG and BG2.
BG2 has complex story and gameplay and it's not for everybody but if you get into it it's awesome.

Did you play Planescape: Torment? Worldwide, gamers agree it has the best story ever made for the game. The game is filled with dialogue.
