Blackbox error when moving to next map

So people in my mod have been getting a blackbox error in one certain map and it seems like the same thing happen everytime when one encounters it. You use a key on a level door, it unlocks and when you click it, it starts changing map but crashes in the process.

I'm completely at a loss on things like these, so I'd hope if any of you guys would be able to help me somehow.

There are lots of errors indeed. Start by deleting the cache files though. Perhaps fix up some names in your map that are tagged as non-existant.

Well I don't have any cache files. I think it's just trying to find them but doesn't do it, giving off the error message. I've had that error message before in the hpl log but hasn't affected the game at all, so I'm assuming there's some different error.

But you yourself cannot reproduce the error on your own machine?
If so, you should still follow Mugbill's advice - except that you'll need to tell your players to delete the cache files.

Looks like that really might be the cause of the problem - according to the last few lines in the log:
