crashing every time 3rd pipe is broken

when you have to break 3 pipes to equalize pressure the gamee crashes on the 3rd pipe every time for about 15 tries. changing the order of the pipes does not make a difference.

For PS4:Only solution right now is to load an earlier save or to wait for a patch coming later this week.

For Steam: Retstart steam so you get new patch.

For GOG: New patch coming today.
