About reactor and turbine

So, I have cleared this game while making korean add-on.
And found out that many sentences are not presented in the game.

One example is a dialog group of reactor and turbine.
It seems like there was originally additional stage where player needs to find the right reactor and stop the turbine with the key.

I wonder why it is deleted, any ideas?

The script likely existed at some point in a previous plotline, quest or story idea. Then it was likely cut from the game and did not have all of the entries removed.
