CAN'T USE OMNI TOOL AT TAU DOOR - GAME OVER!

Yes, I know there are other threads but I really want to emphasize that this is a major, game-halting bug that needs to be addressed.

So I get to the Tau door after that slog through the underwater, so close to the climax, when suddenly I can't progress because I can't swipe the omni tool to unlock the door.

I am playing on the PS4, which only has one save file, so I can't try and reload another save and by-pass the glitch. I would really like to finish this game having come so far. Please patch ASAP.

Guess I should have posted here instead of the Mac forum, but .... samesies.

PS4 does have multiple savegames

Romibi, thank you for pointing this out (face palm). I always hit just hit "continue" when loading, and when you save you aren't given a slot option, like on the PC, so I just figured there was only one save file. I'm going to see if I can go back just before that glitch and hopefully bypass it.
