As I said earlier it's possible. The demo proved it. Works for Penumbra too.

Even better: I never had the feeling that something is missing or wrong.

Can someone tell me where you encounter spiders? And am I guessing right that there are non hostile spiders too?

In a game where the primary focus is to be downright terrifying, removing something you are afraid of to make it less so seems...counter-productive.

I see your point and i don't even remember seeing any spiders at all (although the game has a model in it and i was probably distracted by all the other messed up stuff going on), but who really cares if someone wants to enjoy the game without making it a face-your-irrational-phobia therapy session? Smile

There are no spiders at all? They must have been scratched I guess. Too bad they published those files anyway. Now people are going to infest their mods with them.
