I cannot pull a lever

I cannot pull lever so I cannot take the next step.
I tried loading some previous load data and verify integrity of game cashe but it doesnt get fixed.
Lever that switch power on the lights going forward to Tau. Only this lever is the problem.
It said “DANGER! Stay close to the lights. BLUE leads to Tau. RED leads to the Climber.” on top.

If you have similar issue tell me how to solve it.

I cannot attach hpl.log because the file is too large.
