amnesia won't start : crash

Hey,I'm trying to play Amnesia The Dark Descend, and I've bought it on Steam today,but at Startup it crashed...

My processor is okay, everything in my pc is okay, so I don't know..

Try to do a steam integrity check. It solves a lot of issues. If it doesn't work, tell me your graphics card model, processor model and the amount of RAM and we may be able to solve the problem.

How does it works to do a "steam integrity check" ? Sorry I'm french and I've never do that before

To do a steam integrity check, you left click Amnesia: The Dark Descent from your Library > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of the Game Cache. Can you also post your PC specs?

So, it's an Intel Mobile card. This video card is an integrated one and it's not supported by the game itself. However, the problem may be solved with a driver update. Go to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/s...pkw=driver and download Intel® Driver Update Utility. Install it and then open it and let it scan your PC for drivers. Once it has finished, click on 'Update All' or something like this. The program will start upgrading your drivers to their latest versions, including your video card driver. After the download finishes, press on install so you'll actually install those drivers. After it has finished, restart your PC and try starting Amnesia.
