Noob Question....

Hi everyboby!!
I have a simple question.
I used unity3D engine and i have seen that the HPL1 engine has gone open source.
I wanted to know if there is a post somewhere to use this engine, a tutorial, a readme file somewhere, something, cause i am lost in all these files.
