You can mail support and ask for it or you can go to esellerate.net and retrieve the info there. As with any purchase, you take a risk when throwing the receipt away.

I'm excited like everyone else, and I want to make sure that I'm playing this on release day...but I'm getting some mixed communication here.

When I login to the shelf site, Amnesia shows, but it says "No download yet!". Is this right? Should I have a key yet? I'll be patient if I'm not supposed to, but if a key is supposed to be showing there right now, I'd like to get a head start on getting it resolved so I'm not struggling to get support on release day.

Otherwise...can't wait!!!!! Less than a week away!

It's correct. Keys, Serials and Download links will be showing up on release day.

I'm getting a "MySQL - Could not select ORDERS_ZONG" error when I put in my email/order # in the Shelf. How can I fix this?

Edit: Nevermind, turns out I was putting in Amnesia's product number instead of the order number. Whoops me gravy!

I think it's awesome that you can activate your game on Steam. I prefer to have all my games in my Steam Library.
