What are the best settings for a flickering street lamp?

If you use a spotlight, or whatever lights there are, there is a tab "flicker" use that and set it to your own liking.

For a flickering street lamp I'd say something random and quick. It shouldn't use fading. Try not to give people a seizure. Flicker at random between 0.3 and 4 seconds, I'd say. I'm just imagining this in my head though, so if someone else has anything better, go ahead. I'm sure OP can imagine their own settings. Just play around.
