To provide proper support, where did you get your game and its updates from?

Could you also post the hpl.log file? You can find one appropriate for your system by viewing the stickied troubleshooting guide under Problem X.

In the Troubleshooting Guide, under Problem X, it talks about the hpl.log file. Go to the following directory suitable for your system and copy and paste the log's contents here.

Windows XP, Vista, 7 & 8.x: Documents\Amnesia\Main\
Linux: .frictionalgames/Amnesia/Main/
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Frictional Games/Amnesia/Main

Your graphics card/driver doesn't support the game. It says you have an Intel 845G card. Is that correct? From what I can see, that card is already 13 years old; I'd be amazed if it can play this even with driver updates. You can try, but I don't have high hopes. You'll need a stronger PC if you wish to play this game.

PS: You should check the minimum requirements when buying games to see if your system can run them.

Thank you for the advice.
I was starting to think it was my computer.
I am saving up to get a new one.
