Game crashed loading the main hall

Just wanna let you know: after I got the key in the archives the gamesjust crashed while loading the main hall.
Maybe somebody can figure out the issue.

All drivers are up to date, dxdiag.txt, settings and crash log are attached.

Set so game as write permission to the install folder and that might help.

Ye, I read the FAQ but the game already had permission.

I read somewhere that changing the user (owner) of the folders might help

Well, it was a one-time crash. It worked perfectly after that without doing anything.

As I said, just wanted to let you know about the problem.

And two more crashes today. Playing on a better system though.

Where these repeatable? Seems as it might have to do with cache files being created. (And hence should only happen once)
